• Feminine Hygiene/Sanitary Disposal Services - The approved code of practice for Regulation 21 of the Workplace (Health,Safety & Welfare) Regulations 1992, advises that: "in the case of water closets used by women, suitable means should be provided for the disposal of sanitary dressings". The Aroma Cleaning Sanitary Disposal Service helps you dispose of sanitary waste in an environmentally concious way.
   
• Nappy Disposal Service -  By choosing Aroma you can be sure that your waste is managed with care and concern for the environment and dealt with appropriately from collection through to disposal. The Nappy Disposal Service is specifically designed for the hygenic disposal of waste including nappies and incontinence pads. A fresh unit is provided with every service.
   
• Baby Changing Tables - Baby Changing Tables offer a range of safe and hygenic places to support babies during a nappy change. Options include those that fold flat when not in use, bench mounted mats and mobile baby trolleys. These units are professionally installed by qualified technicians.
   
• Child Safety Seat - The Child Safety Seat provides parents with a safe and convenient place to restrain an infant whilst in your washroom or changing room. The study reinforced seat can be fitted to most interior walls and the slimline design utilises the minimum amount of space.
   
• Baby Changing Table Sanitiser - Creating a hygenic washroom environement is even more important when baby changing facilities are provided. • Water Conservation Systems - The Water Supply Regulations 1999 state that all urinals should be fitted with an "automatic device for regulating the periods during which the cistern may fill" This not only aids the environment by conserving water but also saves you money on your water bill by preventing unnecessary flushing when the washroom is empty. Our Water Management System regulates the flushing of the urinal to match the usage, by directly linking the number of people using the washroom to the flush rate.
   
• Personnel Vending Machine - Aroma serviced vends provide the convenience of on-site vending without the need for stock storage and without increasing the workload of in-house personnel. The vending range offers a wide selection of products to meet all healthcare needs, from tampons to condoms,tights to headache tablets.
   
• Automatic Aircare Systems - Odour Neutralising is a highly effective, ozone based air cleaning and freshening system. It works to neutralise malodour and pollen, creating an "outdoor fresh" atmosphere. The technology utilises ozone, which bonds with airbourne micro-organisms and breaks them down at a molecular level. This natural process destoys smells rather than merely chemically masking the malodours. These systems are extremely popular and are ideal for any large area that may suffer from malodours, such as pubs, bingo halls, and large washroom areas.
   
• Dust Control Matting - You can choose the right option for you. We offer the flexibility for our customers to purchase mats outright and if required  also have them laundered on a regular basis, or you can rent the mats over three years. • Cabinet Roller Towels - Offering an additional choice for effective hand drying, with a range of platinum cabinets and 100% cotton towels to select from.
   
• Electric Hand Dryers - Regulation 21 of the Workplace (Health,Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 states that" Washing facilities...must include towels or other suitable means of drying".Hand dryers satisfy this requirement whilst offering a choice of powerful,hygenic and cost effective options. Hand dryers eliminate the problems of stock supply, storage and refilling, as well as costing on average less than 0.15p per dry, compared to up to 6p for paper or roller towels.

Duty Of Care
The Environmental Protect Act 1990 & The Waste and Contaminated Land (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 place a "Duty Of care" on anyone who produces, collects, treats and disposes of waste. This includes Feminine hygiene, clinical, sharps, medicines, dental waste, confidential waste or other waste to be recycled (e.g cans, paper, bottles, toner cartridges).

Aroma Cleaning are authorised to remove your waste by being Registered Carriers of Waste under the Control of Pollution (Amendment) Act 1989 and The Controlled Waste (Registration of Carriers and Seizure of Vehicles) Regulations 1991.
