Training and Development

The Aroma Group recognises the most important resource is our employees and as such we are committed to the training & future development of our entire workforce, regardless of their age, gender, race, creed, colour, nationality, sexual orientation, religion or disability.

We firmly believe in providing a structure to ensure that training and development is effectively planned, implemented and reviewed and, that adequate support is available.  Our people are totally focussed on allowing our organisation to achieve our aims and objectives to provide specialised, high quality care through a well trained and supported working team.

We are delighted to be working in partnership with Leicester College, namely Skills for Life and Support the Disabled.  Rather than lose skilled workers through poor knowledge of English, Maths or poor communication, their discrete service and embedded training teaches job-related language, allowing our people to better utilise of their skills.

This policy represents our general position which is supported by our personnel and endorsed by our Managing Director.
